Event Description:
The KBA ADR Section presents a seminar entitled ”Medical Malpractice Mediation from the Point of View of the Plaintiff, the Defendant and the Mediator”.The CLE program features David E. Waite, Robertson, Overbey, Wilson & Beeler.

You do not need to be a member of the section in order to attend the CLE program. KBA Members not wishing to receive CLE credit may attend the program at no charge (handout materials not included).

The program has been approved for one hour of General CLE Credit and one hour of General Mediation Issues Credit.

Program Cost:

KBA Members - $ 20
Non-KBA Members - $ 30
KBA Law Student Members - No Charge
Staff of KBA Members - $ 20

A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar fee additional the day of the program.
