On Monday, July 30, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. the KBA CLE Committee will present ”Productivity Tips: Get the Most from Microsoft Word”. The program was originally presented live during the KBA Law Practice Expo on April 20, 2012.

The video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8 hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of dual CLE credit.

If you find Word frustrating to use, this seminar is for you. Lawyers routinely use this software -- but it is a great tool only if used effectively. This session will demystify Word and show you how to avoid glitches, manage long documents, control formatting and track changes in simple and complex legal documents. This program is a must for lawyers and their staff who want to be more productive. Note, this is a lecture format, not a hands-on training.
