The KBA Unmet Legal Needs of Children Committee presents a seminar entitled ”The Art and Science of a Juvenile Court Practice” on May 2, 2012 at 12 Noon at the City County Building - Small Assembly Room. The CLE features Lisa A. White, Attorney at Law.

A “best practice” seminar for juvenile dependency and neglect cases, focusing on procedural quirks of this court, drafting high quality pleadings to include all of the information desired and required by the court, filing procedures and preferences of Knox County Juvenile Court, and general suggestions to help reduce your stress in this somewhat different area of law.

The program has been approved for one hour of General CLE credit.

KBA Members - $ 20
Non-KBA Members - $ 30
KBA Law Student Members - No Charge
Staff of KBA Members - $ 20

A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar additional fee the day of the program.

You do not need to be a member of the committee in order to attend the CLE program. KBA Members not wishing to receive CLE credit may attend the program at no charge (handout materials not included).
