Dreiser, Law Offices of Tony Farmer & John Dreiser on the topic of "Workers’ Compensation: The view from both sides of the fence". This presentation will cover changes in recent case law affecting the Tennessee Department of Labor guidelines, viability of future medical benefit provisions, why you should pay attention to required forms, and other hot topics from both sides of the fence Cost:KBA Members - $ 40 The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit.
