On Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. the KBA CLE Committee will present ”Don Paine - The 1900 Trials of Dinwiddie & McNichols and The 2008 Trial of Joe Hill”. The program was originally presented live on April 14, 2011.

The video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8 hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit.
