On Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. the KBA CLE Committee will present ”Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll - Lawyer Style”. The program was originally presented live on November 30, 2010.

The video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8 hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit.

Ever wonder how your client ended-up becoming entangled in the drug trade? Ever advise your client on the requirements of sex-offender related probation and then find out you were completely wrong? Do you like to listen to rock & roll music? If you answered yes to any of these, then have we got a CLE for you. Come join us for a one-hour CLE presented by the KBA Criminal Justice Section where you will receive instruction from Ed Kingsbury of the Knoxville Police Department concerning current trends in drug activity in Knoxville and how it affects your clients; and instruction from Dawn Hodge-Burrian of the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole concerning the requirements of sex-offender and community supervision for life laws.
