Event Description: Ethics Bowl V - Law School Challenge Ethics Update with Team Competition & Audience Participation Teams this year will be representing their law school alma maters! The program will be presented in a scholar’s bowl type format with competing teams answering different multiple-choice questions covering a variety of ethical issues. This entertaining and enlightening ethics seminar will keep you up-to-date on the latest changes to and interpretations of the Rules of Professional Conduct while providing practical insights that will help you identify risks and comply with your ethical obligations. Attendees will have the opportunity to test their knowledge of ethical standards for practicing law in an interactive ”game show” type format where teams of local attorneys compete for the coveted ”Ethics Bowl Trophy” (with the help from those who attend the seminar). Schedule: 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Competition 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Ethics Panel Review 2:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. Break 2:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. Competition 3:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. Ethics Panel Review/Presentation of Trophy/Tie-Breaker (if necessary). The program has been approved for 3 hours of Dual CLE credit.
