"General Sessions Court - The Colorful World" was originally presented as a Lunch & Learn CLE on January 13, 2011.

The program features Hon. Charles A. Cerny, Jr., Knox County General Sessions Court, Division I and T. Scott Jones, Banks & Jones on the topic of General Sessions Court.

The program has been approved for one hour of "Online" general CLE credit.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Please verify when you register for an online CLE course that you have not previously taken that same online program. Some of our online CLE courses have been approved for CLE credit for longer than one calendar year using the same course ID number. The CLE Commission will not approve CLE credit for the same course even if it is taken in a different calendar year.

CLE CREDIT: To receive CLE credit, you must use the link in the email from the KBA to complete your CLE Attendance Form. This program is available for credit through the CLE Commission from July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012. In order to receive credit, the program must be viewed and the CLE Attendance Form must be submitted during the listed dates.
