 Add to Outlook Calendar... Event Description: The KBA ADR Section presents a seminar entitled ”How to Become a More Innovative Neutral or Advocate”. The program will feature Linda L. Beyea, Vice President of the Construction Division for the Atlanta regional office of the American Arbitration Association. This program will give neutrals and advocates practical techniques they can apply to become more innovative. Linda draws from the current business literature on innovation management and adapts the concepts and processes specifically to ADR practice. You will come away with a new perspective on where innovative ideas come from and how to generate them. You do not need to be a member of the section in order to attend the CLE program. KBA Members not wishing to receive CLE credit may attend the program at no charge (handout materials not included). The program has been approved for one hour of General CLE Credit and one hour of General Mediation Issues Credit.
