Event Description:
The KBA CLE Committee presents ”Are Your Ethics in Jeopardy? Changes to the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct Effective January 1, 2011” on Friday, January 28, 2011. The program will be held at the Main Assembly Room located in the City County Building - 400 Main Street.

In order to help you be prepared for the implementation of the new rules, the Knoxville Bar Association is sponsoring a CLE that will highlight the substantial changes and provide attendees with an overview of how these changes will affect the practice of law in Tennessee. This course will focus on a variety of new rules including rules governing communications with clients, marketing/advertising, fees and division of fees, conflicts of interests, duties owed to prospective clients, and more.
