The KBA Solo Practitioner & Small Firm Section presents a seminar entitled ”Law Practice Setup and Maintenance: An Ever-evolving Checklist for the Small Firm/Solo Practitioner” on December 14, 2010 from 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m. The program will be held at the Small Assembly Room located in the City County Building (400 Main Street). Aside from being well versed in the law, a solo or small firm attorney must also be a master running a small business.  This CLE program offers advice and resources that can assist attorneys on the basics of starting and maintaining a successful law practice. This roundtable discussion will be an open forum for small firms to share and exchange ideas about how to maximize technology and operations in a small firm to their competitive advantage. Our panel will provide you with real answers, for real practices, gained from real experiences. Attendees will receive a copy of the Small Firm Checklist produced by the KBA Solo Practitioner & Small Firm Section.

The program has been approved for one hour of dual CLE credit. A reservation is required in advance of the program - five dollar additional fee the day of the program.
