The program will feature Jacqueline O. Kittrell, Community Mediation Center, Natalie P. LeVassuer, Associated Independent Attorneys and Lisa Collins Werner, Consensus Mediation Group.=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0ACollaborative Law is a legal  procedure which helps participants reach an agreement through a cooperative process. Attendees will learn how divorces and other civil matters can be handled effectively and satisfactorly with this process. The fundamental principles and misconceptions of collaborative law will be addressed and discussed. The process will be compared with mediation, arbitration and litigation. See how this effective practice can be an additional tool in the ADR practice.=0D=0AYou do not need to be a member of the section in order to attend the CLE  program.
