The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE Credit.=0D=0AThe seminar features Michael J. King - Woolf, McClane, Bright, Allen & Carpenter, PLLC, Robert P. Murrian - Reeves, Herbert & Murrian, P.A., Hon. Joseph M. Tipton, TN Court of Criminal Appeals, Mark C. Travis, J.D., L.L.M. - ADR Specialists and Hon. Dale C. Workman, Knox County Circuit Court, Division I.=0D=0AA panel of judges and mediators will provide practical tips and best practices for effective communication in mediation, at trial and on appeal. The panelists will provide practical tips on a wide-range of topics including oral argument, examination of witnesses and mediation presentations. The panel will focus on effective communication from the standpoint of the listener - the court, the mediator, opposing counsel, and the jury.
