While we have yet to see the final bill, we do know that the proposed changes include a new independent panel that would oversee the entire claims process. Lawyers on both sides have indicated that this will be the broadest reform to Tennessee’s workers’ compensation law since 2004, one that purports to improve Tennessee’s business climate.
