The program was originally presented live as a Lunch & Learn program on June 28, 2012.=0D=0AThe video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8 hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of dual CLE credit.=0D=0AFeaturing: =0D=0AHon. C. Clifford Shirley, U.S. District Court=0D=0APlease join the KBA Government & Public Service Lawyers Section for a CLE featuring Hon. Cliff Shirley, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Come to listen and join in on a talk about civility from a both a lawyer and judicial perspective and learn how to take civility to the next level – camaraderie. The talk will cover pragmatic and professional motivations to become “that kind of lawyer,” and will even include medical and physiological benefits to building good will and collaborative rapport.
