This program will feature Glenn C. Graber, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at the University of  Tennessee.=0D=0AProfessor Graber will present the regulations proposed in the 2010 Advance  Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on human tissue and explore ethical issues in  research involving human tissue (Henrietta Lacks), including the issue of  patenting biological material and the use of biospecimens from biopsies and  surgeries.
