C. Clifford Shirley, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee.=0D=0A=0D=0APlease join the KBA Government & Public Service Lawyers Section for a CLE  featuring Hon. Cliff Shirley, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of  Tennessee. Come to listen and join in on a talk about civility from a both a  lawyer and judicial perspective and learn how to take civility to the next level  – camaraderie. The talk will cover pragmatic and professional motivations to  become “that kind of lawyer,” and will even include medical and physiological  benefits to building good will and collaborative rapport.
