Over dinner KBA member Dan McGehee, who is the Chair of the Knoxville Opera Board, will provide a preview about the opera so both novice and regular opera goers will enjoy the performance. This is the perfect start for your Valentine’s weekend, so even if you can’t join us for the entire event, or already have tickets to the opera, make sure to select one of the options below. The program and dinner will be held at Chez Liberty which is conveniently located in Bearden. Following dinner, guests will drive themselves downtown for the opera.=0D=0ACLE PROGRAM: Perils of Love - Both Young & Old=0D=0AStories of bitter divorces and paternity suits fill our TVs and bookshelves and maybe even the holiday dinner table. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear renowned litigators Lucinda Albiston and Betsy Meadows as they regale us with anecdotes of their experiences handling family law cases. Optional wine pairings will be available to enhance your dining experience.=0D=0AOPERA: Romeo & Juliette at the Tennessee Theater=0D=0ASan Francisco Opera’s sensational Noah Stewart and Puerto Rico’s enchanting Zulimar Lopez-Hernandez star as the passionate, ill-fated lovers. The opera is in French with projected English translations.
