The program was originally presented live on February 8, 2011.=0D=0AThe video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8   hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE  credit.=0D=0AFeaturing: Steve Oberman and Sara Compher-Rice, The Oberman & Rice Law  Firm=0D=0A=0D=0AThe Tennessee 106th General Assembly (2010) generated legislation  that created and=0D=0Aamended many laws relevant to the DUI practitioner. This  program will identify,=0D=0Asummarize and discuss many of these new code  provisions, providing you with the up-todate information necessary to  effectively represent clients charged with DUI and other=0D=0Arelated offenses.
