The program was originally presented live as part of the Law Practice Today Expo on April 8, 2011.=0D=0AThe video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8  hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of dual CLE  credit.=0D=0AFeaturing: =0D=0AJanice Smith, Bible Harris Smith, P.C.=0D=0AC. Scott Taylor,  Bernstein, Stair & McAdams LLP=0D=0A=0D=0AFee disputes and lawyers’ handling of  fees consistently account for an inordinate number of problems between lawyers  and clients and complaints filed with the BPR. Most of these problems can be  easily avoided through more careful drafting of fee agreements, better client  communication and a better understanding of the rules of professional conduct  applicable to the handling of clients’ funds and property.
