The CLE features Hon. Mary Beth Leibowtiz, Criminal Court, Division III.=0D=0A=0D=0AEffective July 1, Tennessee law now requires license revocation for all persons  who do not pay court costs and fines within one year of conviction. This is a  legislative change that will affect judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and  the clerks of the court.
