The program was originally presented live during the KBA Law Practice Expo on April 8, 2011.=0D=0AThe video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8   hours per year). Many more  maintain that they will never enter the Cloud when the truth is they don’t  realize that they already have. A basic understanding of what the Cloud and  social media are is now viewed by many as an essential core competency for an  attorney. If this is not a core competency for you then this program is the  place to start. Come learn what social media is and why the failure to use it as  a research tool is malpractice.
