However, many jurors also indicated that attorneys need training on use of the DEPS equipment and that their ineffectiveness adversely affected the presentation of the evidence. This is your chance to make sure your crucial exhibit works properly on the DEPS equipment and the presentation of your evidence runs smoothly.=0D=0A=0D=0AIn the twenty-first century, courtroom dramas in movies and on television have changed the way jurors view a case. Jurors are used to dynamic presentations, involving photographic displays, video demonstrations, and computer reconstructions to illustrate the various issues to be determined. For the most part, lawyers have been slow to change the way they present evidence to the jurors. In a fast developing technological age, attorneys need to incorporate more and more interesting methods of communicating with the jury.=0D=0A =0D=0A Designed for litigators, this seminar will benefit the beginner and the specialist alike. Our presenters will share trial practice tips including Do’s and Don’ts of presenting evidence in order to enhance your effectiveness in front of the judge and jury.
