The program will feature Hon. Robert P. Murrian, Reeves, Herbert & Murrian, P.A. and Chancellor Sharon J. Bell.=0D=0A=0D=0ATopics of discussion will include:=0D=0A=0D=0A•whether the judge should refer a  particular case to mediation or strongly encourage mediation;=0D=0A• mediation’s  effect on the trial dockets and trial advocacy, if any;=0D=0A• retired judge’s as  mediators;=0D=0A• summary enforcement of mediation agreements by the court;=0D=0A•  the dynamics of relationships between mediators and active judges.=0D=0A=0D=0AYou do not need to be a member of the section in order to attend the CLE  program.
