Annual Charity Lawyers Link UP

Last year's tournament was a great success due to strong player support and the generosity of our sponsors. The 2012 Knoxville Bar Association/Barristers annual charity golf tournament was held on Friday, October 12, 2012 at Avalon Landmark Golf Club. This year, we expect the tournament to be even more successful with over 100 golfers/lawyers anticipated. The proceeds from the tournament will benefit the charitable endeavors of the Knoxville Barristers including:

• Staffing a Mobile Meals route twice a week

• Staffing a Volunteer work day at Second Harvest food bank

• Serving breakfast once a month at Knox Area Rescue Ministries

• Purchase of Christmas gifts for children and families residing in Knoxville's homeless shelters
