Personal Injury Overview
Find a Knoxville Personal Injury Lawyer.
The Lawyer Referral & Information Service (LRIS) program, a non-profit public service of the Knoxville Bar Association, can help you find an experienced, qualified personal injury attorney who is right for you.
Generally the law in Tennessee provides that if you have been harmed because of another person’s actions (or inaction), you may be entitled to monetary damages to compensate you for your injury. There are a wide variety of personal injury cases including negligence, products liability, and workers’ compensation.
Damages for personal injury generally consist of lost wages, medical bills, and pain and suffering. Under some circumstances, a spouse of the injured party may have a cause of action too.
You only have a limited time to file your case, so contact us for a referral to an accident attorney as soon as you can.
Getting the Right Lawyer is the first step in getting a Good Result.
