2013 KBA Membership Dues Update 

 

The KBA membership dues for 2013 has been mailed and if you have not received your dues notice, contact the KBA Office. Please take a few minutes to complete this update, so that we will be able to maintain current information concerning our membership. The deadline for dues is February 28, 2013.    


Please take the opportunity to join a KBA Committee or Section for 2013. Volunteer today.

If you are not currently a KBA member, you must complete the online membership application.

Attorneys who do practice outside of Knox County;
Government Attorney;
Attorney practicing in a part-time capacity (less than 12 hours per week);
Clerks of Court;
Attorney in non-profit setting;
Law School Professor (does not include adjunct professors)

Includes any law student currently attending or enrolled in a law school. This category of membership also includes any person who has graduated from law school but has not yet become a member of any bar nor is admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction for a period of 2 calendar years after date of graduation.

Dues Waived for KBA Lawyers licensed to practice 2012-2013

Retired members in good standing at time of retirement.
A "Retired Member" shall mean a member who (i) has reached the age of seventy (70) years old, and (ii) has been a member of the association for Twenty-Five (25) years or more.
