2013 Barristers Executive Committee
The Membership Committee has primary responsibility for assisting the KBA staff in all membership related functions, including designing the Membership Application and New Member packets, publishing an annual Attorneys' Directory, sustaining and pursuing membership benefits and acting as liaison to the members and sections. In 2012 the Committee published the KBA Attorney's Directory with a profit in sales revenues vs. printing costs. The Committee also fielded and dealt with many membership issues, including individual membership problems and issues brought before the Committee for recommendation to the KBA Board of Governors. The Committee also adopted several membership benefits for submission to the Board with approval for new member benefits.
