Attorneys who work in a non-profit setting;
Attorneys practicing in a part-time capacity (less than 12 hours per

school. This category of membership also includes any person who has
graduated from law school but has not yet
become a member of any bar nor is admitted to practice law in any
jurisdiction for a period of 2 calendar years after date of graduation.

A "Retired Member" shall mean a member who (i) has reached
the age of seventy (70) years old, and (ii) has been a member of the
association for Twenty-Five (25) years or more.

(2) All Federal judges within Knox County
