DICTA is the official publication of the Knoxville Bar Association. Published on a monthly basis (except for July), DICTA has a circulation of close to 1700. This total includes the 1350+ attorneys and judges who are members of the Knoxville Bar Association, plus the members of the Association of Legal Administrators-Knoxville Chapter and the bar auxiliary. During the months of February and June, DICTA will be circulated to all attorneys in Knox (2200 total including the KBA membership), Anderson, Blount, Sevier, Loudon, Union, Jefferson and Roane Counties (for a total circulation of over 2600). These supercirculation issues result in an additional charge for ad space during these two months.

Each issue features articles on various topics ranging from an overview of Bar activities, new Committee programs and highlights from our monthly lunch & learn seminars. There will be news items of interest to our membership and a calendar of scheduled KBA activities. DICTA is a people-oriented publication containing features on legal issues, political happenings, and other items of interest to KBA.
