Note: You do not have to be admitted to practice law in Tennessee to join, but you must be admitted in good standing in another state. New admittee applications cannot be processed until we receive verification of your admittance in Tennessee, which usually occurs in mid-July and mid-October. Complimentary membership for new admittees applies to the calendar year in which you are admitted.

DUES – Rates for regular membership are based on the number of years an attorney has been licensed to practice. This is calculated using the first year he or she was licensed in ANY state. Please remit the full amount of dues owed with this application and include a copy of your license to practice law or a copy of your current Board of Professional Responsibility card. Allow 3-4 weeks for processing
