The Knoxville Bar Association
Interprofessional Relations Committee sponsor a happy
hour gathering of lawyers and their professional colleagues
on April 26th. KBA Members were encouraged to
invite a guest of another profession for networking
purposes.

Dr. Bill Bass, founder of the University of Tennessee's
Forensic Anthropology Facility and a professor
emeritus of anthropology, was available to sign copies
of his latest book during the Professional Social Hour.
The book, entitled "Flesh and Bone," is a novel that relies
on Bass's extensive expertise to integrate real
world elements and experiences into the story.

The goal of the Interprofessional Relations Committee
is to "encourage mutually beneficial interaction among
lawyers and other professionals in the community...the
Committee finds ways to promote a spirit a cooperation and
better understanding". Mission accomplished!
We had 50+ Knoxville
professionals attend.
